BACKGROUND
The November 2018 Campfire that devastated Paradise, CA was the largest wildfire in California history, leaving over 50,000 people homeless. In total, 14,000 homes were lost and federal disaster assistance has been inadequate with many families living in cars, tents, and at friends houses with no long term housing solution.
